Research

My advisor is Mayya Tokman.

We are developing a new class of exponential propagation techniques for rapidly solving large, potentially stiff, nonlinear systems of differential equations. We are also investigating the application of these techniques to computationally difficult problems in computational biology, such as biomolecular simulation.
