Data-Enabled Science and Computational Analysis Research, Training and Education for Students (DESCARTES) Program

The DESCARTES Teacher Scholars Program is a program for high school math teachers to participate in a week-long summer workshop, featuring the following:
- Stipend for participation,
- First-hand experience with computational tools for modeling complex systems and large data set analysis,
- Access to computational training in Matlab,
- Insights into career opportunities for students in data science.
